The Hyundae Bulkyo was established on Oct. 15, 1994, with the threefold purpose of making Buddhism more applicable in daily life, modern and international.
Now 11 years later, after many years of building up our information database and the propagation of Buddhism, The Hyundae Bulkyo has become the spokesperson for 20 million Buddhists in Korea. Thanks to the establishment of the “I Heard Buddha Say” Bookstore and Publishers and the Buddhism Information Center during the paper’s infancy, The Hyundae Bulkyo has built an impressive omnidirectional propagation system.
The Hyundae Bulkyo is working evermore diligently today in order to showcase the beauty of Korean Buddhism to the world. |
